It details how the administration of the University, including the beloved football coach Joe Paterno, actively ensured that no action would be taken against Sandusky for brutally raping and molesting little children over the course of a decade. In response, Penn State students and alumni have not only outright refused to read the Freeh Report, but a number of them have decided that it was the fault of the victims for having the audacity to complain about being raped.
